The Wharton Neuroscience Student Society is hosting their first BrainBiz Lunch of the Fall 2023 Semester!
We're kicking the year off right featuring Korn Ferry! Founded in 1969 in Los Angeles they began their new internet based recruitment service targeting professionals in 1998. in 2008 they created the Korn Ferry Institute, their research and analytics arm, to share intelligence and expert points of view on talent and leadership. Since then it has acquired many consulting and talent firms to bring a world-class portfolio of learning, development, and performance offerings to their clients.
We'll be hearing from Rengin Firat, PhD, Senior Researcher & Neuroscientist, and Amelia Haynes, Research Manager. Rengin leads research and innovation initiatives on the neuroscience strategy for Korn Ferry. She provides the Korn Ferry Institute (KFI) with a unique interdisciplinary perspective in Research and Thought Leadership that integrates social and biological sciences. Amelia both leads and supports research projects across several subject matter areas and uses her backbround in cognitive science to bring a unique perspective to KFI research.
