The 2026 Wharton Neuroscience Summit will take place on Friday, November 6 at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

The summit will explore how brain health, brain skills, and brain capital shape leadership, performance, judgment, and resilience in a rapidly changing world. As technology accelerates and routine cognition is increasingly automated, the premium shifts toward distinctly human capacities: attention, trust, adaptability, creativity, empathy, and moral agency. This summit will convene leading scientists and business leaders to support the development of healthier brains, better leaders, and stronger organizations through neuroscience.

Keynote speakers will include renowned neuroscientists and business leaders, and panel discussions featured interdisciplinary exchanges and dialogues on the connections between research and real-world applications and practice.

The Wharton Neuroscience Annual Summits are one-day conferences designed for a broad and diverse audience, including students, business executives and business professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, healthcare and wellness practitioners, and anyone interested in the intersection of neuroscience, business, and personal and organizational development.
