John Clithero: Applications of the Drift-Diffusion Model in Simple Consumer Choice

Assistant Professor of Economics at Pomona College; Visiting Assistant Professor, Marketing Department, Wharton

John Clithero specializes in behavioral economics and neuroeconomics. His research is highly interdisciplinary and draws from economics, psychology, neuroscience, and cognitive science. He employs both behavioral and fMRI experiments to better understand the individual decision-making process at the cognitive and neural levels. He is also working on the formal integration of biological concepts into economic models of individual choice.
